The first year of the EPC in the municipal buildings of the City of Schaerbeek is coming to an end and leaves behind a remarkable balance sheet.

Indeed, with more than €62,000 in annual savings achieved through concrete actions in the field by our engineers, we are further strengthening our expertise and maintaining our label as an expert in energy performance and energy savings!

The actions carried out by our engineers were implemented and monitored for one year (from March 2014 to March 2015). Approximately 17% of energy consumption was reduced. Some examples of actions carried out :

⊗ Optimising dunning;

⊗ Scheduling of days off in schools;

⊗ Programming of optimised heating curves;

⊗ Remote control and monitoring of consumption;

⊗ Switching off heating installations in summer;

⊗ ……
