Objective :
The SPW has a large building stock, some of which are outdated, inefficient and therefore costly to operate. The SPW has therefore decided to renovate 6 boiler rooms in ministerial offices and administrations in Namur, Gembloux and Libramont.
Mission :
The mission that was entrusted to us consisted of drawing up a preliminary project in which we presented the schematics, the layout plans and the budgets to be provided for. This was followed by the study, which included the drawing up of special specifications, measurements and final plans. Our design office was also responsible for monitoring the work by organising weekly meetings with the client and the installer until the provisional acceptance.
The result :
The client now has an efficiently designed and dimensioned installation. Expected energy savings between 25 and 35%. Teenconsulting is also responsible for validating the savings and during the provisional and final acceptance period we will manage the installations via BMS and energy accounting.
